Andy is a Principal at Optimal Outcomes, based in St. Petersburg, FL, where he is involved in the oversight of all healthcare development projects throughout the nation.
Both Patrick and I like to still get our hands dirty with all of these projects. You’ll find us on job sites and at every design meeting with the contractors. Both of us just really enjoy the whole development process.
Andy has over 25 years of real estate investment, development, and valuation experience related to a variety of facility and asset types. He’ll define your clinic’s needs, goals, timing, and location, to provide a program that fits along with a controlled budget as a benchmark.
Andy has a Finance degree from Boston University and is married with three boys.
