About Trilogy Medical Center II

Located in Clearwater, Florida, across from Baycare’s 300-bed acute care Mease Countryside Hospital, Trilogy Medical Center II contains 45,000 square feet located on two stories. Optimal acquired the land following five years of attempted development activity by other parties that were hindered by a myriad of issues including annexation, rezoning, and litigation between adjacent property owners. The land represented one of the few remaining parcels located on the highly trafficked McMullen Booth medical corridor.

Tenants include a multi-specialty ambulatory surgery center, an orthopedic practice, a retina eye surgeon, and a gastrointestinal specialist. The building is also home to Florida Cancer Specialists providing comprehensive oncology services. The building is aesthetically pleasing, well-located, and offers the latest building technologies including, but not limited to, an automated and fully encompassing building management system. The project was developed on time and under budget with 100% occupancy prior to completion. Principals Patrick Marston and Andy Boggini led the entire process.

Trilogy Medical Center II was owned, professionally managed, and fully leased by Optimal Outcomes until 2017. The sale of this property and six others were completed after Healthcare Trust of America or “HTA” approached Optimal Outcomes. The sale of seven properties demonstrated the success of Optimal’s design, development, and property management of its projects.
