About Vero Orthopaedics & ASC
Completed in 2021, Vero Orthopaedics & ASC is a two-story, 68,000 SF Medical Office Building (MOB) in Vero Beach, FL that offers a clean, modern aesthetic inclusive of an orthopaedic medical office suite on the ground floor, a rehabilitation suite on the second, and the addition of an Ambulatory Surgery Center also on the second floor.
The first floor, anchored by Vero Orthopaedics & Neurology (“VON”) – the pre-eminent orthopaedic and neurosurgical group practice in Vero Beach, FL., was custom-designed to be made up of clinical spaces affording more than 70 exam rooms in conjunction with several extensive diagnostic imaging services (multiple X-Ray machines and MRI) powered by state-of-the-art technology, Business Offices, Administrative Offices, patient waiting and service areas. The 9,000 SF outpatient rehabilitation suite on the second floor is also occupied by Vero Orthopaedics. It encompasses a variety of physical therapy services with individual treatment rooms, a PT rehab, and an exercise area.
The second-floor houses a state-of-the-art ambulatory surgical center leased to a partnership between the physicians of VON and United Surgical Partners International (“USPI”). USPI is one of the nation’s leading providers of ambulatory solutions. They have a combined network of over 400 facilities across the United States. The ASC consists of three (3) operating rooms and two (2) procedure rooms.
Design
Vero Orthopaedics & ASC was designed to exceed all Florida Building Codes. To do this, we entailed many features that turn this stand-alone into a desired medical destination. This includes ample parking, a vast curtain wall and storefront glass to maximize natural light, extensive use of blues and natural earth tones to promote a healing environment, and the maximization of energy-efficient design standards within lighting, HVAC, and more. Overall, these energy-efficient and eco-friendly characteristics are conducive to enhancing the workplace and delivering convenient, high-quality healthcare.

Since occupancy, VONs revenue has increased by more than 40%. The building has also received local and national awards for its design.
